Company Info Since its inception, J-n-K has been a customer service oriented company. Our objective has always been to provide our clients with the best solutions to their design/printing needs in a timely and cost effective manner. Every customers job is as important to us as it is to them, regardless if they are a one-man-show or a Fortune 500 company. The company has developed a reputation for thorough, innovative work in graphic design and takes pride in the quality of the relationships it has developed with its customers. Perhaps that is why most of our new business comes from referrals by clients that have been with us for many years. We have also been a technology-driven company, always exploring the latest developments in document production hardware and software. We learned early that the more processes that were accomplished in-house, the more control we had on the overall job. Many design companies broker virtually all processes and consequently are at the mercy of others for meeting schedules and product quality. While it may be expensive to acquire the equipment, software and staff to do it our way, we still prefer to have total control of our jobs and to be "the master of our fate." We pride ourselves on designs that get attention and results, striving for a fit between style and effectiveness. Quite often designers get wrapped up in showcasing their artistic abilities and forget that the primary purpose of the design is to communicate a message from the client. We, as a company and as individuals, have received achievement awards from The City of Los Angeles, The County of Los Angeles, The CA State Assembly, The CA State Senate, The US Senate, The US Congress, The Sherman Oaks and Studio City Chambers of Commerce. Among these are The Small Business of the Year (CA State Assembly) and recently Jave Tripp received the prestigious Small Business, Woman of the Year award. In June 2004, JnK Services, Inc was nominated by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal for a Small Business Award.
